Over the decades, I hopped across the pond to celebrate many major events of the Craddock household. For this one, Sally’s daughters Sacha & Dominie invited hundreds of friends for her 80th birthday. As ever, much food – and even more wine – was consumed over a few days to mark the occasion in her historic 16th-century Cotswold farmhouse, St. Frideswides, in Oxfordshire.
